FairyLand 2: Witch Doctor [Mage] Guide

Witch Doctors don't just have strong DPS skills but also supportive skills for your pets which I believe is very important in a pet based game like Fairy Land 2.

Main Stats:
Intelligence - Pump this as much as you can since it increases your magical attack.
Constitution - Increases physical defense, you can decide whether to pump increase this early or later on since high level monsters tend to deal high damage.
HP - Increases max health, you can decide whether to pump increase this early or later on since high level monsters tend to deal high damage.

Once you reach level 60 that's where you decide what build to take. You can have different builds as a Witch Doctor but I chose Destruction and Machi. Reasons are that destruction skills tend to deal the most damage in game and you can focus having destruction potentials in your equipment, for Machi, who wouldn't want an extra damage dealer in battles? But that's just me. :)

Skill Information:
Please refer to the skill details I posted on FairyLand 2 wiki.
Mage Skills

Equipment Guide:
- Weapon: Ring or Staff with any the following potentials:

  • Pure DPS Type: Magic Attack | INT | Max Health | Element of Choice (e.g. Destruction of God Spells)
  • Tank Type: Physical/Spell Relief | CON | Max Health | Element of Choice

- Armors and accessories same potentials with weapons if possible. You can also mix CON and INT on your equipment potentials if desired.

Pet Deployment Guide:

Eudemon: Your battle partner, I suggest any neutral pet with at least 4.0 growth on either INT, CON, HP / STR, CON, HP depending on the skills you want it to learn.

- Pet skills:
  • Int/matk type: Wall of Destruction, Unicorn Dancing Vines and a debuff skill
  • Str/patk type: Vacuum Triple Slash, Cross-Slash and a debuff skill
Physical Atk: Pet for physical attack, preferably fire types with at least 4.0 growth on STR or higher.

Magic Atk: Pet for magic attack, preferably water types with at least 4.0 growth on INT or higher.

Spell Relief: Pet for magical defense, preferably gold/metal types with at least 4.0 growth on AGI or higher.

Physical Relief: Pet for physical defense, preferably wood types with at least 4.0 growth on CON or higher.

Spirit Equip: Pet to boost support skill effects, preferably earth types with at least 4.0 growth on SPI or higher.

Note: Also make sure to have the proper rune equipped for your pet. (e.g. Deployed pet for Magic Atk get equipped with wisdom runes)

Fairy Land 2 Online

Hello! I'm playing this online game called Fairy Land 2 Online which is a sequel of the game Fairy Land (of course lol) developed by Lager Network (also developed Fairy Land) and published by IAH Games. If you like turn based games like Pet Forest and Canaan then this is a game for you!

FL2 gives me this PS1-ish feeling which I missed so much. The graphics, the gameplay and the settings makes it worth the try. I'm pretty happy about how they paid attention to details, there's no empty-boring-feeling while moving around the maps, even the battle map is well detailed. The emoticons and character actions are wonderful, and you can assign hotkeys to combine them and even your pet and mount can do the action which makes it more fun.

I created a guild in-game called 'Everafter', it was originally created just for the sake of having a guild with a name I like when someone PMed right after I made it (an announcement will pop-up saying the player created a guild with such a name) and wanted to join, hence I started inviting people. If you want to join just PM my character Rena. I'm usually online around evenings GMT+8 so holler up!
